Super mirror stainless steel applications to be applied on the door pillars for Volvo FH2, FH3 and FM. The kit consists of four pieces with double-sided adhesive for fixing. The item can be customized with writing.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Application fixing steps. Surface preparation: For best results, the surfaces to be bonded* must be thoroughly cleaned with a lint-free cloth soaked in a solution of 3M Surface Cleaner ™ or a 1:1 solution of water and isopropyl alcohol. Notes: Please note that the surfaces to which the item is to be applied must be clean and dry. The surfaces must be free from grease, mould release agents, oil, water condensation and any contaminants that could affect the application. Remove coarse contamination with a lint-free cloth. The oxide layer can be removed with Scotch-Brite ™ 7447. Application: Remove the double-sided tape film already included in the product and apply the item to the surface, making sure it adheres perfectly. Allow the bond to consolidate for 72 hours. The ideal application temperature is between 21 °C and 38 °C. Applications at temperatures below 10°C are not recommended. *For powder coated surfaces or plastic materials it is advisable to apply the article with Primer 94™ (refer to the technical data sheet for the application method).

TO OBTAIN OPTIMAL RESULTS THE SURFACES TO BE BONDED
THEY MUST BE THOROUGHLY CLEANED WITH A NON-RESIDUE CLOTH SOAKED WITH A SOLUTION OF 3M SURFACE CLEANERâ„¢ OR A 1:1 SOLUTION OF WATER AND ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL. FOR POWDER-COATED SURFACES OR PLASTIC MATERIALS IT IS RECOMMENDED TO APPLY THE ITEM WITH PRIMER 94â„¢ (REFER TO THE TECHNICAL DATA SHEET FOR THE APPLICATION METHOD).
NOTE:
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SURFACES TO WHICH THE ARTICLE IS TO BE APPLIED MUST BE CLEAN AND DRY. THE SURFACES MUST BE FREE FROM GREASE, MOLD RELEASE AGENTS, OIL, WATER CONDENSATION AND ANY CONTAMINANTS THAT COULD AFFECT THE APPLICATION.
REMOVE ROUGH CONTAMINATION WITH A LINT-FREE CLOTH. OXIDE LAYER CAN BE REMOVED WITH SCOTCH-BRITEâ„¢ 7447 .
APPLICATION:
REMOVE THE FILM OF THE DOUBLE-SIDED ADHESIVE ALREADY INCLUDED IN THE PRODUCT AND APPLY THE ITEM TO THE SURFACE MAKING IT ADHERE PERFECTLY. LET THE BONDING CONSOLIDATE FOR 72 HOURS. THE IDEAL APPLICATION TEMPERATURE IS BETWEEN 21°C AND 38°C. APPLICATIONS AT TEMPERATURES BELOW 10°C ARE NOT RECOMMENDED.
