Types of data processed

1.1. Browsing data – log files

The computer systems and applications dedicated to the operation of this website collect, during their normal operation, some data (the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols) not associated with directly identifiable Users. The data collected includes the IP addresses and domain names of the computers used by Users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) ​​addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters regarding the operating system and the computer environment used by the User. General Information

These General Conditions of Sale have as their object the purchase of products made remotely via the Internet on the website www.streetparts.it. Each purchase transaction will be regulated by the provisions of Legislative Decree 185/99, Legislative Decree 206/05; the information aimed at the conclusion of the contract will be subject to art. 12 of Legislative Decree 70/03 and, as regards the protection of confidentiality, will be subject to the regulations of Legislative Decree 196/03.

Conclusion of the Contract and Acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale

The sales contracts of the products on the website www.streeparts.it are considered concluded when the purchase order reaches the order management staff and the latter accepts it, in which case the receipt of the purchase order made will be promptly sent to the customer.

By electronically sending the purchase order, the customer declares that he has read and accepted these general contract conditions and undertakes to observe and respect them.

Customer Obligations

The Customer is required, before forwarding his purchase order, to carefully read these general conditions of sale. Forwarding the purchase order implies their full knowledge and acceptance.

Finally, once the online purchase procedure has been concluded, the Customer is required to print and keep these general conditions of sale, already viewed and accepted during the contract conclusion phase.

Order Definition

By sending the order online, the Customer sends to www.streetparts.it a proposal to purchase the product and/or products placed in the cart. When the Customer places an order online for the products placed in the cart, he agrees to purchase them at the price and terms indicated in these General Conditions of Sale.

www.streetparts.it will communicate to the Customer the acceptance and confirmation of the order.

In particular, orders will not be accepted: if the material is not available in stock at the time of the order and/or if the Customer cannot or does not want to pay using credit cards or bank transfer.

Purchase Method

The customer purchases the product, the characteristics of which are illustrated online in the relevant descriptive and technical sheets, at the price indicated therein to which are added the delivery costs specified on the site.

Before sending the purchase order, the unit cost of each selected product is summarized, the total cost in the case of purchasing multiple products and the related delivery costs.

Once the purchase order has been sent, the customer will receive an email confirming receipt of the purchase order and containing information on the main characteristics of the purchased item, detailed information on the price, delivery costs, applicable taxes and payment methods and containing a reference to the general contract conditions and information on the existence of the right of withdrawal, the conditions and methods of exercising it displayed on the site. Following the approval of Legislative Decree 4 July 2006 n. 223 "manoeuvre bis" Art. 37 paragraphs 8 and 9, converted with Law 248 of 4 August 2006, which came into force on 12 August 2006, which reinstates the obligation to communicate the list of customers and suppliers in the event of issuing an invoice, and of Legislative Decree 78 of 31 May 2010 converted into Law 122 of 30 July 2010, imposes the need to ask customers to communicate their VAT NUMBER and TAX CODE in the appropriate fields on the site.

Payment

The customer can make the payment due by choosing one of the following methods listed.

Payment by credit card: in the event that the consumer intends to make the payment by credit card, he can use the payment procedure with PayPal, suitable for ensuring the confidentiality of the data provided by the customers. For any information and further Legal Agreements, the Customer is referred to consult the site www.paypal.com .

Payment by bank transfer: Payment by bank transfer can be made by sending the order amount to IBAN IT36F0326860160052288124110 in the name of SP SRL and indicating the order number in the reason for payment. In the event that payment is made by bank transfer, the purchased item will be shipped using the methods indicated in the following paragraph "Product Delivery", to the address indicated by the customer upon receipt of the credit, therefore on average within two/five days after the transfer has been made (the timing varies depending on the Credit Institute used). To facilitate the process, the payment receipt can be sent together with your order number via email to info@streetparts.it

Product Delivery

The purchased item, together with the relative invoice, is delivered by courier to the address specified by the Customer at the time of the online order. Any specific needs must be communicated by the customer.

In the event of non-delivery due to the recipient's absence, at the address indicated in the order, the courier will leave a notice and try again a second time; if the recipient is still absent, the goods will be returned to the sender.

Guarantee of Conformity and Defective Products

The products purchased on the website www.streetparts.it are subject to the regulations on the sale of consumer goods. The products delivered comply with the characteristics illustrated online in the relevant descriptive and technical sheets, therefore www.streetparts.it is responsible towards the customer for any defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods.

Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal. In particular, the consumer has the right to withdraw from any order concluded with www.streetparts.it without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 (ten) working days from receipt of the goods. The right of withdrawal is recognized by the consumer in relation to any goods purchased by him on the site www.streetparts.it

Procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the aforementioned deadline, a written communication to the email address info@streetparts.it or by telephone to the number (+39) 393 4242507

If the goods have been delivered, the customer is required to return them to www.streetparts.it within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of delivery of the goods. The goods must be returned complete with all accessories, instruction manuals and everything originally delivered to the customer, as well as packaged in their original packaging. A copy of the electronic receipt of the order must be attached to the returned product. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.

We reserve the right to reject any product returned using methods other than those specified above, as well as products for which the return costs have not been paid in full by the customer, or the methods and times indicated for communicating the exercise of the right of withdrawal have not been respected.

Express Termination Clause

In the event of total or partial non-payment of the purchase price of the goods, we reserve the right to declare this contract terminated pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 1456 of the civil code by sending a written communication to the customer's electronic address.
